Like all other Ohio hunters, Ohio falconers have to follow the hunting rules and regulations established each year, such as obtaining proper licenses, and adhering to legal bag limits, attire, and seasons. The regulations that govern falconry are found in the Ohio Administarative Code (OAC) and the Ohio Regulatory Code (ORC).
Falconers should be acquainted with the Ohio Falconry Regulations. The current regulations are contained in the Ohio Division of Wildlife’s publication “Becoming a Falconer in Ohio” .
